Bid Coordinator

Join the WIP Construction team We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven individual to take charge of our tender submissions and marketing materials — someone who can turn technical information into engaging, visually impressive documents that showcase our capabilities. You’ll work closely with our estimating and management teams to compile, design, and submit tenders that stand out — and also support broader marketing activities such as website updates, capability statements, and presentation materials. About the Role Coordinate, prepare and format tender submissions, EOIs, and capability statements. Create visually engaging layouts, graphics, and presentations using desktop publishing tools (e.g. InDesign, Canva, or similar). Contribute to marketing content. Assist with document control, template improvement, and brand consistency. Collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work. About You We’re open-minded — this role could suit a recent graduate (e.g. architecture, communications, marketing, or design) or an experienced writer/designer with a keen eye for detail. We’re looking for someone with: Proven writing experience (assignments, reports, or tender submissions). High-level desktop publishing and design skills. Strong AI and digital tool proficiency. A creative and artistic eye with excellent attention to detail. An understanding of construction terminology — or the confidence to learn quickly. Reliability, initiative, and the ability to meet deadlines. A positive, team-focused attitude. Software proficiency (highly regarded): Adobe InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop Microsoft Visio Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Bonus points if you’re interested in expanding into estimating or design management — we’ll support your learning.
