We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand and influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events they attend, the channels they respond to, the content they watch and more. The insights we gain allow us to help clients increase both direct-to-consumer and business‑to‑business revenues. Consultant Role Profile We're looking for a candidate with strong strategy & consulting experience, ideally within sport. If not directly in sport, experience working with a TMT (Technology, Media & Telco) practice in a reputable consulting firm is preferred. Responsibilities Conduct data analysis and market research to provide insights and recommendations on the sports industry landscape, fan behaviour and commercial opportunities for our clients. Lead and manage project teams to deliver client projects by collecting, analysing and interpreting data to create strategic recommendations and actionable insights. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision‑making. Develop client presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations. Requirements Strong understanding of the changing digital landscape. Highly numerate and able to articulate ideas and marketing strategy off the back of data insight. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Great self‑starting attitude, keen to join an entrepreneurial organisation where every working day is different. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for sports and a strong interest in understanding fan behaviour and trends. More than 5 years’ experience in strategy, consultancy or agency environments.
