The Opportunity Our client is seeking a lawyer with around 18 months to 5 years post admission experience in the wills & estate planning space. Experience with high net worth individuals and complex asset structures will be advantageous. A flavour of the work will include: drafting complex wills drafting testamentary trusts setting up charitable trusts and discretionary family trusts advising on succession planning advising clients on trust and superannuation issues advising on wealth protection advising executors and trustees on their duties and obligations The Firm Our client is a long established law firm and they are looking to recruit a wills & estate lawyer. This law firm has a reputation for excellence and for building strong relationships with their loyal client base. The firm has a broad client base with clients across various industry groups e.g. financial services, manufacturing, property, construction, resources, technology, government. And this particular team acts for high net worth individuals, SMEs, rural clients and medium sized corporations. About You You will be a wills & estate lawyer with at least 18 months plus post admission experience up to 5 years pae Strong drafting and technical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly-developed organisational skills Ability to work independently, but within a team-focused environment Our client pays its lawyers generously.
