Our Eurobodalla team are looking for a highly organised and motivated Regional Scheduling Officer, working full-time, Monday to Friday within our Batemans Bay office. As the Regional Scheduling Officer, you will have a customer‑centric approach in supporting our business by aligning staff capability with client resourcing requirements in order to meet operational needs within the region. Whilst no two days are alike, the primary role responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working with operational leaders to identify and seek solutions for shift vacancies. Matching skills and competency of employees with participant needs and preferences. Aligning allocation of resources with funding requirements. Interpreting and applying relevant Award requirements, rostering principles and internal processes. Promptly communicating scheduling decisions to a range of stakeholders. Regular review and analysis of rosters of support and workplace information to optimise workforce utilisation. Balancing health and wellbeing needs of participants and staff when considering rostering requirements. The base salary for this role is between $76,000 and $81,900 (plus superannuation) dependent upon relevant experience and qualification. What does success look like? As our new regional scheduling officer, you will possess: Excellent administration skills, including navigating a variety of technical platforms. Experience and success in building professional relationships partnering with business leaders and service users. Advanced customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to work within timelines. Clear communication both written and verbal, including the ability to read, interpret and follow rostering principles, award requirements and adhere to organisational processes and procedures. Appropriate record keeping as well as concise and timely decision‑making skills. How will I be recognised and rewarded?
