Job no : 43HD9 Category : Camilla Villa (Head Office) The Wholesale Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of Wholesale Sales Strategy and profitability Nationally via delivery of product, adherence to critical path and management of costs. Your attention to detail will be on point and you will be the ultimate operational guru who thrives in coordinating across your team. You will bring your strong organisational flair to the role whilst totally immersing yourself in the colourful world of CAMILLA What will our Wholesale Operations Coordinator be doing? Assist the Global Sales Operations Manager, where required on seasonal Sales, GP plans and forecasting, ensuring a clear understanding of Sales Targets. Assist Global Sales Operations Manager on actioning ROI analysis for any Pop Up or tradeshow activation. Assist in reviewing and preparing end of season or strategic summaries, communicate to the broader CAMILLA business and assist in product, buying and marketing decisions Provide analytical, system based functional support to the Wholesale tribe Work closely with other Tribes to ensure open communication Be responsible for entering data and maintaining internal systems Be responsible for the distribution and logistics of your global wholesale area Ensure the smooth journey of all our processes and operations, working with other tribe members Attend weekly Wholesale meetings Develop and maintain professional relationships with the wider Camilla community in line with the Camilla values Our ideal new addition will possess the following.. Have 1 year wholesale experience in a similar role A background in fashion is desirable but not essential Strong Excel skills Experience with NetSuite (ERP) and JOOR (Ordering System) ideal A keen eye for detail – data entry and spreadsheets are a big part of your daily tasks Have an analytical mind and soul Have strong communication skills and confidence Take pride in your work and drive for self-development Benefits for being a part of the CAMILLA tribe..
