Base Pay Range A$90,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr Hearth is a registered NDIS provider committed to consistently providing the highest standard of support to our participants through fostering lasting relationships. About The Role As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will lead our dynamic Recruitment Team, manage end‑to‑end recruitment, and deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for new employees. You’ll implement innovative talent strategies, attracting and retaining top‑tier professionals across all areas of the business. Lead and coach a team of Recruitment Coordinators Own end‑to‑end talent acquisition: attract, assess, and secure values‑aligned talent across all functions, managing full‑cycle recruitment (advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, onboarding) Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through targeted networking, talent pooling, and market mapping to ensure readiness for current and future hiring needs Uphold principles of inclusion, diversity, and non‑bias throughout all stages of the recruitment and selection process Collaborate with leaders to forecast workforce needs and plan accordingly Foster strong candidate relationships, building genuine rapport and maintaining timely, transparent communication throughout the process, leading structured interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience Contribute to recruitment‑related projects, track and analyse recruitment metrics to continually improve processes. About You 5+ years of experience in recruitment and in overseeing a team Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment (disability or community services experience a plus) Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and headhunting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced, changing environment Growth mindset and willingness to mentor others Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines Competence with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Suite Requirements Working With Children Check (Employee) NDIS Screening Check Australian work rights Why Work With Us?
