Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Corporate @ Uniting | Driving Talent Acquisition Strategies Talent Acquisition Lead – 12-Month Parental Leave Cover People Experience Team | Parramatta (Marsden Street) | Hybrid Work We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join Uniting on a 12-month parental leave contract. Based at our Parramatta office (with hybrid work options), this role leads a dedicated team of Senior Recruitment Specialists with their own teams during a period of exciting transformation and directly supports the delivery of services across the organization. In this role you will oversee the whole recruitment function, driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in candidate and hiring manager experience. You’ll use data and reporting insights to identify trends, set new goals, and build capability across the team. Leading, coaching, and motivating the recruitment team through a busy period of both volume and niche recruitment, you will set the direction for Talent Acquisition, uplift capability, and champion best practice. Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in ensuring we continue to attract exceptional talent who support the communities we serve. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the recruitment team through a busy period of both volume and niche recruitment. Ensure a smooth transition between two concurrent recruitment systems. Utilise available data to identify improvement opportunities, then design and implement relevant solutions in partnership with key stakeholders. Communicate system and process improvements that impact service delivery. Guide stakeholders on recruitment best practice and support continuous improvement initiatives. About you Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. At least 6 years’ experience in recruitment or talent functions, including a minimum of 2 years leading a specialist team. Confidence working with HRIS, ATS, and recruitment technologies, with the ability to lead teams through system or process change.
