Night Fill Captain/Duty Manager

We are currently looking for an Experienced Casual Night fill Captain/Duty Manager for our Woodlands Store. 25 - 30 hrs/W Must be available from 3pm - 11pm. Must be available on Saturdays and be flexible on the weekdays This hands-on role will include: Supervising team members Receiving, replenishing and maintaining high standards of stock presentation in the store Overseeing the nightfill team to achieve desired standards. Juggling multiple things at once, motivating others and keeping calm under pressure. Serving and building relationships with customers Overseeing store operations, opening and closing the store in the absence of the Store Manager You will be responsible for: Ensuring stock levels are adequate, rotated, and department presentation is well maintained. Ensuring security procedures are followed. Learning every aspect of running a store Assisting store management in driving sales and achieving targets Help develop, manage and motivate the nightfill team to achieve required standards. Have experience in managing a nightfill team. Be friendly, outgoing, trustworthy and reliable. Have good communication skills. Ability to work within a team environment. Providing the highest standards of customer service Be willing to "go that extra mile" for our customers.
