At The Leederville Sporting Club our mission is to foster a sense of community through lawn bowls, outdoor games, quality beverages, family-friendly activities, and the enjoyment of sports. The Duty Manager/Bar Person will help the 2IC in the day-to-day operations of the Club, ensuring customers are safe and everyone's bowling, rolling and having a good time. The successful candidate will be organised, positive and ready to work hard and have fun. Duty Manager/Bar Person Position Every Friday and Saturday from 2-3pm - CL (earliest 10:30pm - latest 12am) Potentially Sundays. Closing of the venue, including nightly reconciliations. Managing the bar and venue. Daily shift and staff management. Training new staff. Work in coordination with the Club's 2IC. Adhere to RSA guidelines to ensure patron safety. Collaborate and lead team members. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including simple cocktails and pouring beer. Maintain cleanliness and ambiance in the bar area. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Qualifications and Requirements RSA certification is mandatory. Approved Managers card (can obtain on successful application). Minimum 2 year bar experience.
