The role While this is a leadership position, it also requires strong hands‑on technical expertise with cloud‑based integration platforms such as Azure and Power Platform, along with experience in services like Logic Apps. You’ll deliver your own design, configuration and consulting work as needed, while also providing strong facilitation as the escalation point for your practice. Your team will deliver projects on the chosen platform, building new components, reviewing each other’s code and contributing to our growing IP library. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery – Consult with customers to understand their business goals, requirements, and challenges related to digital transformation. Work with the pre‑sales team to evaluate existing systems and scope proposed enhancements or modernisation strategies aligned with the business strategy, budget and roadmap. Team Leadership – Manage and mentor a technical team and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive the development and implementation of modern applications. Oversee the technical elements of end-to-end project delivery by the most efficient means possible aligned to the implementation methodology. Practice Development and Growth – Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in application development. Identify opportunities for innovation and propose strategies to leverage new tools and methodologies for efficient and repeatable delivery. Required competencies and experience Experience in leading and managing a team of consultants for a Solution Integrator / MSP / Consultancy or similar environment, including performance management and mentoring. Experience in solution architecture, custom application development, with a focus on Microsoft Azure. Experience across in architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and high‑performing digital solutions in complex enterprise environments. Expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps. Experience with Power Apps would be beneficial.
