Australian Biotechnologies, located in Frenchs Forest, is seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic production team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing allograft implants for life‑enhancing surgical procedures. Join our dedicated team in a state‑of‑the‑art tissue manufacturing facility where donated human tissues—such as bones, tendons, and skin—are processed in controlled clean‑room environments. These tissues are prepared for use in life‑changing surgical procedures. Reporting to the Production Manager and Production Team Leaders. Key Responsibilities Use instruments to clean, cut, and soak donated human tissue for surgical use Process and prepare allografts according to strict quality and safety standards, utilising aseptic techniques, similar to those used by surgeons in theatre Work within designated cleanrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines set by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Package finished products with precision and attention to detail Perform basic microbiological duties Contribute to the continual improvement of our processes through ongoing education and training initiatives Desired Attributes Ability to work effectively within a cleanroom environment for extended periods, enjoying the benefit of a three‑or four‑day work week Ability to utilise sharp instruments to prepare allograft implants Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards Strong teamwork skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and management Physical capability to stand for up to eighty percent of the working time Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment is desirable In addition to the required skill set, we are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a deep respect for the donated tissue processed at Australian Biotechnologies.
