The Role: As a billing manager, you will be joining and leading a high performing and welcoming team of contract recruitment consultants, across nursing recruitment, with plenty of growth projection. But your career pathway does not stop there – Verus has a structured pathway all the way to Director and offer the support to get you there. You will be taking over an active and hot desk so you can hit the ground running Responsibilities: Manage and lead a growing team of recruitment consultants. Provide timely monthly reviews and mentorship that is inspiring and motivating. Perform as a billing manager by developing your own desk to success. Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment services for the placement of clinically qualified and compliant nurses for our client’s staffing requirement/s. Establish a proactive and professional relationship with all clients to ensure the recruitment process is delivered efficiently. Develop candidate acquisition strategies to maximise attracting the required quantity and quality of candidates through direct sourcing channels, headhunting, candidate referrals and networking opportunities. Research and fully immerse yourself into your healthcare niche – be it Hospitals, Remote Area Nursing, Mental Health or Aged Care. You will be a knowledge expert in your field Maintain a recruitment service that is second to none for all your internal and external stakeholders. You will be: Self‑motivated and aspire in life that require you to drive successful outcomes in the workplace. A proven leader, mentor and coach, who strives to be supportive and always encouraging. Able to build a successful desk in conjunction with leading an established team of experienced recruiters. The type of person that treats wait‑staff the same as you treat your boss. Amazing at building rapport, relationships, and reputation. A proactive person who prides themselves on finding their own solutions. An outstanding communicator, both verbally, written and emotionally. An insightful and reflective individual who loves working in a fun and chatty team environment. An experienced and successful recruiter with a proven track record in leadership and mentoring. Knowledge of recruiting in the Healthcare/Medical sector would be advantageous but not essential. Australian Citizen/ Permanent Resident or eligible to work full time in Australia with no work restrictions.
