The Opportunity As a Fund Operations Associate at Dexus, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Unlisted Funds Management platform, partnering with Funds Management and Investor Relations to deliver a premium client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the evolution of client and internal reporting, drive process improvements, and work with a collaborative team in a dynamic environment. You will make an impact by: Coordinating responses to investor due diligence questionnaires and surveys, ensuring reporting deadlines are met. Implementing technology-enabled solutions to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather and manage key information for investor and internal reporting. Driving automation and leveraging AI tools to enhance document management and reporting accuracy. Maintaining a centralised library of documents and a calendar of reporting obligations to support efficient workflows. About You You will bring a strong foundation in finance and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to technology, along with: Tertiary degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related Business/Commerce field. 2-3 years in fund operations, accounting, financial services, or real assets; familiarity with consultant/adviser platforms is desirable. Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel. Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and initiative; able to work independently and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, adaptable in changing environments, discreet with sensitive information, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with a problem-solving mindset. Why choose Dexus?
