ABOUT THE COMPANY I am currently partnering with a highly regarded Sydney architecture studio known for its design‑led approach and commitment to creativity. While smaller than the tier 1 practices, the studio has a strong reputation for delivering multi‑residential projects with exceptional attention to detail and design quality. The practice offers a collaborative environment where talented architects can make a real impact on projects, contribute to the studio's design culture and work closely with senior leadership on some of Sydney's most interesting multi‑residential developments. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a different type of opportunity for a Project Lead to join a boutique studio and take ownership of multi‑residential projects from concept through to delivery. The role is ideal for someone moving from a large, tier 1 practice who wants more influence, creative input and autonomy within a smaller, high‑quality design environment. You will be responsible for leading projects and managing a team of architects. DUTIES Lead multi‑residential projects across all stages from concept design through to construction. Manage and mentor a small team of architects, supporting skill development and project delivery. Oversee project documentation, quality control, and technical accuracy. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients. Maintain design excellence while managing budgets, programs, and project requirements. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience leading multi‑residential projects in a mid‑to‑senior capacity. Strong track record of managing and mentoring project teams. Excellent design skills and ability to balance creativity with technical delivery. Familiarity with ArchiCAD is a plus but not essential. Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills. Eligible to work in Australia.
