Junior Dermal / Beauty Therapist (Student or Entry-Level) – Casual Position This position is ideal for someone who is: Studying or recently completed Certificate IV / Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Science. A university student with strong interest in cosmetic medicine and skincare. You’ll assist our experienced nurses and dermal therapists in performing and documenting treatments during our exosome-based skin and hair trials. Full in-clinic training will be provided. About Us Lookfresh is a doctor-led cosmetic medical clinic in the Sutherland Shire specialising in facial rejuvenation, injectables, and advanced skin therapies. We are currently running clinical trials using topical exosomes (Age Zero™) applied after Juvasonic nano-infusion or microneedling treatments for face, neck, and scalp rejuvenation. To support this exciting work, we are seeking a motivated junior dermal therapist, beauty therapist, or university student interested in cosmetic medicine to join our team on a casual basis. Key Responsibilities Assist during Juvasonic and microneedling procedures (face, neck, scalp). Prepare treatment rooms and equipment; maintain hygiene and safety standards. Apply topical exosome formulations under supervision. Monitor patient comfort and assist with before/after care. Record treatment details and contribute to trial documentation. Maintain a professional, friendly, and patient-focused manner at all times. About You Currently studying or recently completed relevant beauty/dermal qualification. Keen interest in cosmetic medicine, skin health and advanced treatments. Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn hands‑on in a clinical setting. Excellent communication skills and presentation. Available for casual shifts (weekdays and occasional Saturdays). What We Offer Hands‑on training with experienced cosmetic physicians and dermal therapists.
