Business Consultant

Overview In response to our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Business Consultant based in Canberra to work with our Financials Product. We have multiple opportunities across our New Projects and Application Managed Services Consulting teams. TechnologyOne Financials empowers organizations with intelligent financial management, delivering real-time insights and automation to streamline processes and make informed decisions. Our Financials product offers a comprehensive solution for budgeting, accounting, asset management, and reporting, enabling businesses to drive efficiency and achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities Customer Collaboration: Partner with customers to implement, configure, enhance, and upgrade our leading SaaS ERP software solutions, ensuring tailored outcomes that drive success. Customer Engagement: Build senior-level relationships with customers, coaching teams to deliver value-driven solutions and enhancing customer advocacy. Program Delivery: Ensure all customer program deliverables are completed on time, aligned with the project scope, and in accordance with the negotiated contract and program specifics. Always Evolving: Engage with Consulting Enablement teams to provide any feedback that may assist with the continual evolution of our offering, processes, systems and tools. Your Talents Solid understanding of TechnologyOne's Financials product, or similar SaaS ERP software, would be highly regarded Strong understanding of Financial concepts including AR, AP, GL, reconciliation, taxation, etc Experience with Government clients (local or federal) would be highly regarded Customer centric approach and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a top notch experience at all times Ability to manage complex programs and deliver customer outcomes efficiently Please note, applicants must be Australian Citizens to be considered for this role.
