The Role We are seeking an SOP Writer to develop, update, and standardise SOPs across our manufacturing operations. This role requires hands on engagement with our equipment, machinery, processes, and people. The role includes Develop, write, and refine SOPs for production processes, machinery operation, and general manufacturing workflows Observe tasks on the floor and translate them into clear, practical procedures Ensure all SOPs meet WHS requirements and internal safety standards Work closely with managers, supervisors and operators to validate steps and incorporate feedback Identify process gaps and improve workflow clarity during documentation About you Practical mechanical aptitude (comfortable understanding machinery and production workflows) Demonstrated experience writing SOPs within a production, manufacturing, or similar operational environment Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into user friendly documentation Strong communication skills and the ability to extract accurate process details from multiple departments High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach On Offer Optional 9-day fortnight and fortnightly Rostered Day Off (RDO) Supportive team and relaxed environment Stable workforce and low staff turnover Great company culture with social events throughout the year Towards the end of the recruitment process, candidates will undergo pre-employment screening - which may include medical check, police check and drug and alcohol screening. #J-18808-Ljbffr
