You will be responsible for the property management activity of the leased, revenue and freehold portfolio.This role will be required in Sydney CBD with hybrid working.An overview of the role:Liaising with landlords/ tenants, being the first point of contactSupport the portfolio with financial administration including supporting the preparation and management of annual budget, expenditure processes and managing Accounts Receivable variance reportsWork and liaise with the Facilities team on management of the leased assetsManage leased facilities to ensure it is compliant with the leaseMaintain critical lease and licence documentationAssist with lease negotiations, market rent reviews, property inspections and property submissionsSound like the job you are looking for? Certification or
