We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Receipting Coordinator to join our team supporting the Offshore Decommissioning Campaign. Responsibilities Order materials and manage receipting processes in line with project requirements. Oversee packaging and dispatch of work pack equipment. Register materials and equipment orders in asset databases and ensure quality reports are completed. Support Quality team with compliance to the Quality Plan, including audits and documentation. Assist with offshore logistics bookings during peak periods. Maintain accurate records and ensure audit‑ready documentation. Qualifications Experience in procurement, materials ordering, and receipting. Ability to read technical drawings and understand product specifications. Competent in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Aconex highly regarded. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
