Senior Marketing Manager

The Role Are you ready to make your mark on one of Australia and New Zealand’s most recognisable retail brands? This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role driving marketing strategy, creative campaigns, and brand engagement across a national retail network. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and campaign execution. Sitting at the heart of the marketing function, this role will shape how the brand connects with millions of customers across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work closely with internal teams across Product, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Digital, while managing key agency partnerships to deliver high-impact, commercially focused campaigns. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and rollout of brand strategy in partnership with senior leadership Align cross-functional teams on brand priorities and direction Partner with creative and media agencies to deliver standout campaigns Shape and deliver the annual marketing plan across multiple markets Build and execute digital, content, and social media strategies that drive customer engagement Ensure marketing investment delivers measurable ROI Oversee execution of national campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotional activations Collaborate with VM, Product, and Planning to bring the promotional calendar to life Maintain content quality and consistency across all channels – online, social, and in-store Co‑manage the annual marketing budget with senior leadership What We’re Looking For You will ideally bring proven experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands Proven track record in integrated marketing and brand management Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills Expertise in managing agencies, budgets, and large‑scale campaigns A passion for brand storytelling and consumer engagement What’s on Offer A supportive, collaborative team environment Generous employee discounts and access to sample sales Central office location Onsite café with daily subsidised coffee and food Learning and development opportunities to support ongoing growth If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please reach out to *********@jivaro.com.au to express your interest.
