You’ll work closely with two direct reports and play a key role in both supporting complex ER matters and elevating the recruitment function.DUTIESLead, support and develop a small People & Talent team Oversee end-to-end recruitment with the support of a fantastic Talent Acquisition Officer Oversee WHS & compliance Build and implement fit-for-purpose recruitment processes and reporting frameworks Provide expert guidance across complex ER matters and performance management issues SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role, with hands-on exposure to complex ER issues Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment and what ‘good’ looks like in TA Experience working within purpose-led or regulated sectors (NFP, health, education etc.) A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one) OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESSAt Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
