About the Role We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications. This role involves working with modern technologies and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze new requirements and provide impact analysis, including technical design and task identification. Architect, design, and implement solutions based on business needs. Set up CI/CD pipelines and manage continuous integration and delivery across Dev/Test/PROD environments. Design and code new features and functionalities. Communicate technical details that impact requirement fulfillment. Perform iterative development with responsiveness to feedback. Provide 3rd‑line application support and implement bug fixes as per agreed service levels. Maintain high coding standards within development and maintenance projects. Troubleshoot and resolve support issues as directed by the Engineering Manager. Conduct code reviews and perform unit testing. Write documentation and ensure proper version control. Comply with corporate testing processes and ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Mentor and supervise junior staff. Skills & Experience Mandatory: .NET and .NET Framework using C# .NET Web API Databases (SQL Server) JavaScript / TypeScript Front‑end frameworks (React) Unit Testing (XUnit / NUnit / MSTest) Highly Desirable: Docker & Kubernetes Azure DevOps – Pipelines, Artifacts, Repos Azure (AppInsights, Storage, KeyVault, etc.) End‑to‑End Testing (Playwright preferred) ORM (Entity Framework / Dapper / NHibernate / ADO .NET) Why Join HCLTech?
