Sales & Product Manager - Earthmoving,
you will maintain the existing client base as well as ongoing development and work to increase the customer portfolio
The ideal candidate will be a sales manager within Construction industry with Compact Excavator experience to actively grow new business ensuring they are selling and maintaining a high level of customer service with all new and current clients.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies forthe construction sector in WAfor TMHA HUSKI earthmoving equipment.Achieve agreed retail sales targets and objectives of TMHA HUSKI earthmoving equipmentPrepare pricing recommendations in conjunction with stakeholders to provide best outcome for the businessBuild strong relationships and gain new business with existing and future customers.Grow market growth of HUSKI earthmoving equipment by providing sustainable and commercially prudent earthmoving solutions to customers.Increase the profile of ongoing operational customer service for TMHA Service DepartmentProvide feedback and reporting on retail sales performance and comparison to competitor activities in the market.Ensure all machine deliveries are conducted in a professional and timely manner.Prepare and present quotations and demonstrate equipment to customers.Visit major users and prospects on a minimum of a quarterly basis.Demonstrate and instruct the operators on use and daily maintenance requirements.Complete a customer handover including all documentation and completion of signatures.Attend sales meeting and complete regular reporting.Results focused.Support Branches with field days both in Perth and other states.Skills and Experience:Practical experience using earthmoving equipment and awareness of application in commercial/ industrial construction.Experience in retail sales and identifying market trends and providing solutions for customer.Strong product and competition knowledge of earthmoving marketStrong experience in implementing sales strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate with customers.Strong computer skillsOur commitment:TMHA is committed to ongoing growth and development of its employees. The ASM is responsible to maximise profitability, volume and market share through the growth of new unit sales within the territory by building relationships and gaining new business with current and future clients.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Achieve profitable unit volume growth through new and used sales in the sales territory.Develop good relationships with its customers in a competitive environment.Promote sales of the company's products to existing customers and seeks to establish new contacts.Arrange customer visits to demonstrate the performance and suitability of the company's product.Participate in the planning and execution of programs designed to promote the company's products and sales and marketing activities.Give feedback to the National Sales Manager - Retail as to client response and interest patterns.Put technical knowledge to commercial use to assist the preparation of estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy.Arrange the promotion and sales of specialised products and equipment of a technical natureEnsure technical information and advice regarding the nature and performance of the company's products is provided to customers.Supporting TMHA at field days across the country when requiredSkills and Experience:Tertiary Qualification in Business Sales or Sales & Marketing, desirablePrevious experience in Sales within the Constructon industryPrevious experience handling conflicting priorities and work professionally under pressure in competitive situationsExcellent Customer Service skills & Interpersonal skillsIntermediate to advanced Computer literacyGreat time management skills
