PROJECT MANAGER – LUXURY RESIDENTIAL Bowral | Southern Highlands | High-End Architectural Builds Our Client are an award-winning, design-led builder delivering some of Australia’s most beautifully crafted luxury homes. With projects spanning bespoke new builds, large-scale renovations and detailed architectural restorations, the business continues to expand across the Southern Highlands and is now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Bowral team. You’ll oversee all stages of construction, manage design coordination, and work closely with an in-house team who take pride in excellence. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end delivery of high-end custom homes in the Southern Highlands Managing program, budget, procurement and trade performance Leading site teams to uphold quality, craft and architectural detail Building trusted relationships with clients, architects and consultants Resolving design, buildability and site challenges with a solutions mindset Ensuring all safety, compliance and quality standards are met to premium standard About You You’ll bring a combination of technical capability, design sensitivity and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who values craftsmanship, enjoys working in close partnership with clients and architects, and wants to be part of a team known for exceptional outcomes.
