The Role We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on team member to replace a key person in our crew. Your work will include: Using basic landscaping and gardening tools Retic/irrigation installs and repairs Planting, mulching and garden clean‑ups Helping with lawn prep and installs General site clean‑up and loading/unloading materials This is a full‑time, on‑the‑tools role, Monday to Friday. You You will be a good fit if you: Have experience using common tools (whipper snipper, blower, hedger, drill, saw, etc.) Are happy doing physical, outdoor work all day Have a manual driver's license (or are close to getting one) Hold an automatic driver's licence as an acceptable alternative to manual licence Turn up on time, every time Can follow a plan and also think ahead on site Respect clients' homes and speak well with customers and the team Experience in retic/irrigation and planting/mulching is important. If you can do both, that is a big plus. Minimum 6‑12 months experience in retic/irrigation work is required. Minimum 6‑12 months experience in planting and mulching is required. Team leader experience is welcome but not required. We care more about your attitude, effort and reliability.
