About the role Landscape Elements is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Balcatta, Western Australia. As an Irrigation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, installation, and maintenance of irrigation systems for our diverse range of commercial projects. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work with a reputable and growing company in the construction industry. What you'll be doing Supervising and coordinating irrigation installation crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Overseeing the installation of irrigation systems, including pipework, sprinklers, and control systems. Interpreting and executing project plans and specifications to meet client requirements. Conducting site inspections and identifying and resolving any issues that arise. Collaborating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental practices. Providing training and mentorship to less experienced members of the team. Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the construction process. What we're looking for Proven experience as a Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry. An interest in irrigation system design, installation, and maintenance. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment used in the irrigation industry. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, technical specifications, and drawings. Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Commitment to safety and a proven track record of promoting and implementing safe work practices. Relevant qualifications or certifications in irrigation or a related field.
