As Team Lead – Data & Analytics, you will define and execute the data vision, champion advanced analytics and AI/ML, and deliver insights that empower strategic decisions across commercial, marketing, and medical teams. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the data and analytics vision aligned with business goals. Develop and implement data strategy, governance, and culture initiatives. Champion advanced analytics, AI/ML, and data science to generate business value. Oversee scalable data architecture and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards. Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing team of analysts and data stewards. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and insight‑driven culture. Drive data literacy and insight‑driven decision‑making across the organisation. Deliver dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics for senior stakeholders. Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Partner with finance, marketing, product, and IT to align analytics with strategic objectives. Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership. Manage data tools, platforms, and vendor relationships. Ensure high‑quality data sources, models, and interpretations. Monitor and report on data performance and business value. Support governance and data ethics across analytics projects. About You You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, insight‑driven environment with a passion for data, analytics, and strategic thinking. You’ll have access to tools and teams that help you collaborate, innovate, and grow. You have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field. 8–12 years’ experience in analytics, data science, or related roles. Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Power BI. Proven leadership and mentoring skills. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience with data governance, compliance, and ethical AI. Ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and change management.
