Classification: Infrastructure Officer 2 Salary: $100,768 - $115,156 plus superannuation Position No: Directorate: Education Advertised (Gazettal date): 20 November Contact Officer: Ryan Bobbin Details The Infrastructure Data Coordinator will work as part of the Asset Strategies team. The team works flexibly from 220 London Circuit, City; the Hedley Beare Centre for Teaching and Learning, Stirling; 480 Northbourne Avenue Dickson; from home and at schools according to operational requirements. Applicants require experience with building facilities, asset management and construction, particularly in relation to strategic and operational asset assessment; a proven ability to use complex software systems, including asset management software; strong attention to detail and good oral and written communication skills; and demonstrated stakeholder management, negotiation, and liaison skills. Eligibility / Other Requirements What you require The following capabilities form the criteria that are required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. Professional and Technical Skills, and Knowledge Experience in building facilities and asset management and construction, particularly in relation to strategic and operational asset maintenance planning. Proven ability to use complex software systems, preferably with experience in data management and the operation of Asset Management software, including demonstrated experience in the collection, validation, editing and manipulation of bulk data records; experience using Microsoft Excel and .CSV files would be highly desirable. Attention to detail and good oral and written communication skills, including capacity to prepare correspondence, briefs, and reports. Demonstrated stakeholder management, negotiation, and liaison skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and / or lead a small team on multiple issues, balance priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to apply equity and diversity, participative management and occupational health and safety principles and practices in the workplace. Mandatory Hold a relevant professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture or Project Management or accreditation with a professional body recognised within Australia; or Hold a relevant building degree; or Have significant building or Infrastructure knowledge and / or project management experience. Notes A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times. This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation / desk.
