Develop and implement safety management plans aligned with client requirements, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance. Facilitate High Risk workshops and provide onsite guidance to assess and manage safety issues. Conduct daily site inspections, report findings, and follow up on corrective actions. Manage incident reporting, investigations, injury management, and Return to Work plans. Review and ensure compliance of subcontractor safety documentation and maintain updated records in Hammertech. Who you are: 5+ years of construction site-based experience in safety roles, with a passion for creating safe workplaces. Diploma or Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety, and knowledge of relevant legislation. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
