Whether you’re a seasoned Chef or a skilled Cook you’ll help bring to life a variety of delicious menu items for guests of all ages. From prepping the goods and plating them up to keeping the kitchen humming, you’ll play a vital role in delivering quality food and unforgettable experiences. Working across restaurants, fast food outlets and event activations, there’s plenty of variety to keep things interesting. Day to day, you’ll: Monitor food quality, stock levels and kitchen hygiene Prepare and present meals with a strong eye for quality Lead and support kitchen staff for smooth service delivery Jump in across functions and activations, keeping things fresh and fun What you’ll bring to the table: Experience in high-volume kitchen operations or events-based catering A good knowledge of food safety standards and food presentation techniques A team player mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Availability to work a 7-day roster including weekends, early mornings, evenings and public holidays Cert III in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded but not essential Physical fitness to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment Sounds like your kind of kitchen?
