As a Premier Banking Manager based at Barangaroo, Sydney you will be responsible for being a trusted advisor to your own unique portfolio of high net‑worth customers, ensuring the highest ethical standards and operational integrity. Your main responsibilities will include: Creating a connection with our customers by understanding their needs Manage customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Demonstrate HSBC values and behaviours. Provide comprehensive and professional banking services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards. Contribute to a collaborative team environment. To be successful in this role, you will need: A proven track record in customer excellence gained in banking as a Client Relationship Manager, Officer or Executive gained with the retail financial services sector The desire to develop your financial expertise and grow your career Ability to understand and provide solutions to meet individual customer needs by delivering first‑class customer service and making a difference Proven track of record in growing customer portfolios and a diverse range of high net worth customer portfolios Relevant experience in personal lending products experience (including mortgage lending) Higher School Certificate completion is essential and relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian or New Zealand PR/Citizenship or working rights or who can show they currently have unrestricted work rights in Australia with no limitations.
