Working closely with Queensland Health, the practice focuses on chronic disease management, social and emotional wellbeing, and Indigenous health. As a GP, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to a diverse population. You will join a dedicated team of doctors committed to rural medicine and community impact, supported by experienced nurses and reception staff. Position Requirements: Current AHPRA registration After Hours Requirements: No About Kuranda: The centre is located in Kuranda, a picturesque village in the World Heritage‑listed tropical rainforest of the Atherton Tableland, located just 25 kilometres northwest of Cairns, Queensland, Australia. Known as the "Village in the Rainforest," it is a popular day trip destination, famous for its scenic travel options, vibrant arts and crafts scene, and wildlife attractions.
