The Role As a Treasury Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk across our growing portfolio. This is a hands‑on position where you’ll be responsible for cash management, warehouse facility reporting, and financial analysis—helping us optimise funding strategies and support strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Cash Management: Monitor daily cash positions, forecast short- and long-term cash flows, and optimise liquidity to support business growth. Treasury Operations: Execute treasury transactions with precision, maintain strong banking relationships, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Funding & Debt Management: Support the management of funding facilities, including warehouse lines, securitisations, and bond programmes, while preparing accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders. Financial Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis and reporting to senior management, including cash‑flow forecasts, financial models, and scenario planning to guide strategic decisions. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes, enhance automation, and support the implementation of treasury management systems for greater efficiency. What We’re Looking for Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (post‑graduate or CTP preferred). 3–5 years of experience in treasury or financial risk management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
