Dawson's Garden World has been a successful Garden Centre for over 120 years. We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Garden Centre Manager to lead the team at our Swanbourne store. This exciting position would suit an experienced and motivated horticulturist who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications & experience Certificate II, III, or IV in Horticulture or an equivalent qualification. At least 3+ years of experience in a retail garden centre, horticulture, nursery management, or a related field. Tasks & responsibilities Direction of daily workflow and leadership for the Garden Centre team. Provide exceptional customer service, including offering recommendations and facilitating sales. Manage stock levels and coordinate purchasing to ensure adequate supply. Continuously assess the Garden Centres offerings in relation to market trends and customer needs to maintain a dynamic, innovative, and competitive edge. Maintain and merchandise stock to create visually appealing displays. Coordinating daily activities including rostering, delivery supervision, ordering, spraying and point of sale management.
