Add expected salary to your profile for insights The Warnbro Community & Family Centre is seeking an experienced, motivated Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant Family Centre. This role is available as part-time or full-time , offering flexibility to suit the right candidate. If you thrive in a dynamic, community-focused environment and enjoy making a real difference for families and local groups, this role is for you. What You'll Do Lead and manage the Centre's daily operations, policies, and processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, community groups, schools, businesses, and residents. Provide financial guidance, prepare budgets, and manage reporting for the Centre Committee. Develop and deliver funding proposals, grants, sponsorship opportunities, and fundraising strategies. Promote and market the Centre's programs and services. Attend Board meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. What We're Looking For Experience with MYOB and community centre operations. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in community development or community centre environment. Strong financial management and significant grant-writing experience. A minimum of 1-2 years of budgetary and financial management experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical, organised, and able to work independently.
