School Operations Officer (Medical Program) Job no: Work type: Part TimeLocation: QEII Medical Centre / SCGHCategories: Student Administration / Support Services Support student placements and engagement for inbound and outbound medical students Collaborate across teams internally and externally to deliver responsive service and improve processes. One Part-time (0.7 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis. Base salary range: $83,212– $92,231p.a. plus 17% superannuation. About the area College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the University’s schools, including Heads of School, academic staff and research students. The team is committed to providing effective and efficient services in support of the Schools’ and University’s strategic objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice. The School Operations team provides academic support services and general administrative support to the University’s Schools. About the opportunity Deliver a range of admin support across research, teaching, and engagement. Work collaboratively to ensure high-quality, responsive service. Apply initiative and policy knowledge to improve processes and support school operations. About you Relevant tertiary qualifications. Substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
