Quick Overview of the role We are currently seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to join the team in a full‑time capacity. This role is responsible for managing commercial sales, ensuring streamlining and profitability across Currumbin and the network. Reporting to the National Sales & Distribution Manager, you will negotiate contracts ensuring legal compliance, mitigate risks, control consultancy costs, and streamline processes. What else will you be doing? Forecast and report commercial pipeline, accuracy and accountability in planning. Provide hands‑on management of major commercial accounts. Ensure the developing strategies are reported annually and refined quarterly. What are we looking for in the successful candidate? Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the construction industry in a similar position. Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with sound IT literacy. Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances. Self‑starter who takes pride in their work and strives for excellence. Ability to build rapport with a varied audience and who thrives under pressure. Tertiary or further education in a related field preferred. Understanding of manufacturing and estimating highly regarded. What’s in it for you? Free parking onsite.
