The school is seeking an inspiring Mental Heatlh Practitioner. This vital role supports the wellbeing of students by providing professional counselling and guidance in a safe and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies to foster resilience, promote mental Health, and contribute to a positive school culture aligned with our Catholic values. Selection Criteria A strong commitment to the Catholic Education and a willingness to promote and support the Catholic values as a member of the school community. This role demands professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding of child mental health. Demonstrate a high level of organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate capacity to work independently and as part of a team. An ability to authentically nurture positive and respectful relationships with students, staff and families. Display a capacity and willingness to be a proactive member of a professional learning community and work collaboratively with all staff.
