The Guest Service Agent is primarily responsible for ensuring a proficient and genuine customer service delivery to provide an exception guest experience. Our ideal candidate will have previous resort / hotel front desk experience and the willingness to live on island role where you work and live at K'gari Beach Resort. This is a permanent part-time position working across a broad rostering system of up to 76 hours a fortnight. Skills, Qualifications & Experience Exceptional time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extraordinarily high level of customer service and work ethic Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a Hotel or Resort environment Demonstrated experience in daily cashiering procedures, credit card reconciliation Knowledge of front office check‑in systems Demonstrate the understanding of cultural diversity within the workplace About Us K'gari is a World Heritage listed island off Australia’s Eastern Queensland coast, is the world’s largest sand island, stretching over 120km.
