Capital Corporation is a values‑led property development business delivering considered, long‑term projects across NSW. We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Creator to lead and execute content across our corporate brand and flagship development projects, working closely with our marketing team and executive leadership. This is a hands‑on, in‑house role for a creative who can think strategically, generate strong ideas, and execute end‑to‑end — from filming on site through to editing and publishing. The Role As our Content Creator, you will lead content creation across: Capital Corporation — brand, values, leadership, and vision Lovedale Farm — project storytelling that excites and informs buyers Wahroonga Estate — project progression, lifestyle, and narrative‑led content The role is split roughly one‑third across each brand/project, with a strong focus on Instagram and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for content from idea to execution , working closely with marketing and executives (including the Managing Director) to shape how our brand and projects are seen, understood, and remembered. What You’ll Be Doing Lead content creation across Instagram and LinkedIn Develop and execute content ideas aligned with brand values and commercial goals Film on‑site as required (projects, people, progress, events) Shoot and edit high‑quality short and mid‑form video content Capture authentic moments across leadership, design, construction, and lifestyle Work closely with marketing and executives to translate strategy into compelling content Build consistent storytelling across corporate and project channels Help shape and evolve content tone, formats, and creative direction Create content that builds trust, credibility, and drives genuine enquiry over time What Success Looks Like Strong, consistent brand presence across all channels Clear storytelling around projects that excites and informs potential buyers Increased engagement and measurable enquiry growth Content that feels premium, authentic and engaging Being a trusted creative partner internally Requirements Proven experience as a senior content creator (brand, property, architecture, lifestyle, or similar) Strong ability to generate ideas and execute independently Confident filming on‑site and in real environments Excellent video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Strong visual storytelling and content instinctsComfortable working with executives and filming leadership Organised, proactive, and reliable A values‑led mindset — you care about the quality and purpose of the work Who Is This Role For You If… Want ownership, not just tasks Enjoy in‑house creation Enjoy being close to projects and people Care deeply about quality but can move efficiently Want to help shape a brand, not just post content Full‑time Primarily in‑house, with on‑site filming as required Sydney‑based (or able to attend sites as needed) Valid driver’s licence Full working rights How to Apply Please provide your CV and portfolio with samples of work and a summary of your experience relevant to this role.
