Our concept of delivery is unique and complex, a standalone in the NT. Delivering online, in-person and remote senior education across Gawa, Alice Springs, Nhulunbuy and three Darwin region schools; Marrara, Palmerston and Sattler. Students are nurtured according to a biblically based school curriculum to build their faith, character and desire to serve while being trained and prepared to enter trades, careers or tertiary institutions. We are preparing the pathways and teaching our students to live life as God intended, offering hope for the world.On behalf of the School Board and the CEO, we invite you to register your expression of interest now, to join the NT Christian Schools' network of schools and lead NT Christian College as the Principal from 2025 or earlier as negotiated.About this role:The Principal will be a trusted leader who will develop teams, lead initiatives, promote the School's Action Plan, serve according to the Board's Strategic Plan, and guide pedagogy according to Christian education and biblical worldview. The Principal will foster relationships and reputation of the College within the local community. The role requires the highest commitment to the Lord, His Word and to Christian Education. Working closely with families and community, the Principal will lead with faith-based values and promote academic excellence. The Principal will serve as part of a cohesive Senior Leadership Team who lead seven schools across the Northern Territory.NT Christian Schools exists to advance the Christian religion through the provision of education and religious instruction. For the purposes of upholding the Christian ethos of our schools, it is a genuine occupational qualification of this role that applicants be able to teach religious education, lead, and otherwise assist in religious practices and observances and personally adhere to, uphold, and authentically model the religious beliefs of NT Christian Schools.All employees for NT Christian Schools are to be committed to ensuring child safety, health and wellbeing practices are followed and upheld.
