Responsibilitiesh3> Leading mentoring Connected Communities Liaison Officers (2) to deliver exceptional service. Strengthening partnerships with facility stakeholders to improve access and outcomes. Overseeing governance and compliance across community assets. Driving strategic planning and budget management for Halls & Hubs. Collaborating across Council teams to ensure safe & effective facility operations. Work from our Officer Civic Centre location when needed to support team and operational needs. Qualifications Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, or facility governance. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Strategic thinking and budget management skills. Knowledge of hire agreements, leases and licensing processes. Familiarity with software systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to attend after-hours meetings and events as required.
