About The Team Our Technology team is the backbone of the business, building and maintaining the information technology infrastructure that support Coles Group. As part of the Technology team, you get the opportunity to work through complex, challenging, meaningful problems using large data sets and new technologies to expand your skills and experience. About The Role As a Change Analyst within our Technology division, you’ll play a critical role in delivering change activities. This includes conducting change impact assessments, analysis, developing change, communications and learning plans, and implementing interventions to ensure successful adoption. You’ll manage stakeholder expectations, generate buy‑in, and prepare the business for change. You will play a key role in analysing business needs, communicating change impacts, with a clear focus on Microsoft 365 and delivering engaging training and adoption sessions across a range of productivity tools. Key responsibilities Roll out AI Tools BAU training and learning support (Copilot and ChatGPT) Responsible for New Starter Inductions – covering Technology Engagement Roll out Microsoft 365 features and optimise adoption Deliver change management activities across Technology projects, ensuring alignment with project phases and objectives. Conduct impact assessments and develop documentation to support change initiatives. Support change and communications for Service Management Create and implement communication and learning plans that simplify technical changes for end users. Drive engagement and adoption of cultural, technology, process, and new ways of working changes. About You And Your Skills Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Change Analyst role; FMCG experience preferred. ServiceNow reporting and analytics highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies and principles, with a focus on outcomes. Advanced skills across Microsoft 365 (SharePoint is critical). Proven experience in Technology projects and ability to translate technical changes into clear business impacts. Demonstrated success embedding cultural, technology, and process changes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience developing effective change communications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively during times of ambiguity. In‑depth understanding of project management approaches and lifecycle phases. Experience using the ADKAR® model highly desirable. Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or Psychology preferred. PROSCI certification desirable. Systems thinker with strong problem‑solving skills. Passionate about change management and the value it delivers. What’s in it for you?
