About the Role We are looking for an experienced Conveyor Belt Technician or Belt Splicer to join our team in Keysborough VIC. In this full‑time role you will maintain and repair conveyor systems for a diverse range of industrial clients. What You’ll Be Doing Inspect, diagnose and repair conveyor belt systems Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyor belts and components Perform belt splicing and joining tasks using specialised techniques and equipment Provide technical expertise and advice to customers regarding conveyor belt selection, installation and operation Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with all relevant safety standards What We’re Looking For Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Conveyor Belt Technician or Belt Splicer Proven experience within the Trades & Services industry Strong technical skills and knowledge of conveyor belt systems, including splicing, maintenance and repair Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve issues Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and provide technical guidance Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management Any mechanical trade qualification will be considered Applicants must have valid work visa or Australian work rights What We Offer Competitive salary Ongoing training and development opportunities A range of employee benefits, including vehicle allowance Chance to work with a talented and passionate team #J-18808-Ljbffr
