About the Role We’re looking for a Principal Engineer – Civil Brownfield to join our Sydney team. This role is ideal for a highly experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment, working across disciplines to deliver innovative brownfield solutions. As a technical expert and mentor, you’ll play a key role in shaping our capability – leading projects, sharing your expertise, and guiding the next generation of engineers. Your day-to-day will see you: The technical Lead on brownfield civil engineering projects. Providing technical expertise as a subject matter expert. Mentoring and supporting other engineers to grow their skills and confidence. Building strong client relationships and contributing to a robust pipeline of work. Collaborating with the Building Structures, Water and Civil teams to deliver integrated solutions. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical excellence, client engagement and mentoring, while growing a key capability for Egis. What we need from you Minimum 8 years’ experience in Brownfield Engineering. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and DBP Registered Design Practitioner . Strong technical expertise with a hands-on, collaborative approach. Proven ability to work across teams and disciplines to deliver quality outcomes.
