MASON'S TYRES AND MECHANICS – West Gosford NSW Mason's Tyres and Mechanics' is seeking an experienced Workshop/Office Manager to join our team in our West Gosford, NSW location. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop and office. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our workshop and administrative functions to support our growing business. What you'll be doing Coordinating the work of the mechanics in the workshop to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery Managing the workshop inventory, ordering parts and supplies, and maintaining stock levels Overseeing the administrative functions of the business, including invoice processing, and customer service Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Liaising with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues Preparing reports and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service What we're looking for Experience in a similar workshop/office management role, preferably in the automotive industry is beneficial Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers, and the team Knowledge of automotive parts and mechanics' operations Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What we offer At Mason's Tyres and Mechanics', we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and rewarding workplace.
