We are seeking an experienced Bistro Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Middleton Tavern. As a Bistro Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bustling bistro. This full-time position will be based in Middleton, South Australia. What you’ll be doing Assisting the Bistro Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the bistro, including managing staff, coordinating service, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the bistro. Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Implementing and monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Identify opportunities for improvement. Effectively communicating with the broader management team to ensure the bistro’s operations align with the overall business strategy. What we’re looking for Experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality or customer service industry. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with chefs, managers, and customers. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.
