Supervisor or Leading Hand role for Precast yard in Rockhampton Lead, supervise and motivate a team of labourers to meet daily production targets for various projects including the Rockhampton Ring Road Project Conduct daily toolbox and pre-start meetings to communicate priorities and safety messages Coordinate production activities in line with project schedules and quality standards Oversee mould preparation, reinforcement placement, stressing, concrete pouring, steam curing, destressing and demoulding processes Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations and site policies Communicate effectively with the Production Manager and other management staff, to resolve issues Liase with transport personnel for product load outs Conduct inspections to ensure finished products meet required specifications Oversee general housekeeping and site cleanliness to maintain a safe and organised work environment Read and interpret both design and production drawings and mould layouts Train and mentor production workers (including those new to the industry) on safety, procedures and standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
