Novus Precast is a quality assured manufacturer of precast concrete elements servicing the QLD market. You'll find our products in some of Queensland's most iconic projects, all made locally at our facility in Toowoomba. Aptus manufactures and supplies concrete reinforcement coupler systems and ancillary items for use in the manufacture of precast concrete elements for the construction industry. Alto provides installation services for precast concrete elements with Aptus systems (concrete reinforcement coupler) for the construction and infrastructure sectors. To learn more about what we do, you can visit our website: The Role In this diverse role, you will be a key member of the shared services team. You will be responsible for the efficient processing of invoices, reconciling creditor statements, raising purchase orders, maintaining accurate financial records and processing weekly payrolls. Under the guidance of the Accounts Manager, you will also assist with the recruitment process, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws and regulations and assist with training requirements. How will you do this Processing of creditor invoices and purchase orders Reconciling creditor statements and bank statements Maintaining accurate supplier records Scanning and electronic filing of all incoming documents Collect and process Payroll Documents in Payroll Software Process weekly payrolls Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising, screening resumes, and Maintain accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection regulations Prepare and maintain payroll reports, such as employee attendance, leave records, and other metrics as needed Coordinate Onboarding and Orientation programs for new employees Assist Managers with employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures Ensure all workplace incidents are documented and the relevant Workcover claims are lodged promptly About you Full training is provided for this role Our team cares about the work we put out, so if you like to make sure you've got 'it' right by checking your work (then checking again) we'd love to have you join our team If the below sound like you, apply today High attention to detail and understanding of the importance of compliance An understanding of Accounts, Payroll and a willingness to learn new functions Enjoy a fast-paced team environment Why work here?
