Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Banking Analyst to join our RAB team – with a focus on commercial lending. As a Business Banking Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Relationship Executives and providing valuable insights to help our clients succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a wide range of industries and possesses an analytical mindset. You can be based in Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and use our market-leading tools to assess risks and opportunities in lending and client credit. Prepare written credit assessments for new and existing clients. Monitor and manage the performance of client portfolios, ensuring compliance with CBA credit policies and procedures. Collaborate with Relationship Executives to develop tailored financial solutions for clients. Assist in the preparation of client presentations and proposals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their financial needs and inquiries. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in business banking, credit analysis, or a similar role is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
